Casino Jack is a casino in downtown downtown specifically in the old Higbee building in the tower city center. The casino has kept the soul of this old building in the restaurant intelligently: the woodwork and brass doors have been restored, chandeliers from eras have been added… so the casino is more than a gambling place, it’s a real step back in time.
The casino is owned and managed by jack entertainment. It’s the only casino in town. The JACK Cleveland casino was voted best new attraction in northeast Ohio.
The casino offers more than 96,000 sqft (9300 m2) of non-stop gaming space with 125 table games, 1609 slot machines, a 30-table poker room, numerous dining options, high-end bars.
The buffet has been voted two years in a row best buffet in northeastern Ohio. Despite this, the casino has developed a dozen partnerships with restaurants in the city to expand its catering offering.
The Rock Bar is also home to the only electronic table games (35tables) in the area, including blackjack, videopoker, craps and roulette.

History:
In November 2009, Ohio voters approved a 53% constitutional amendment authorizing casinos in the state’s four largest cities: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus and Toledo.
It was the fifth statewide vote to legalize gambling in Ohio in 20 years.
The Higbee building where the casino is located appeared on the screen of the film A Christmas Story in 1983.
Today, the casino is a must-see attraction in Cleveland that contributes to the city’s vibrancy.
